I just caught a clip on YouTube of this guy Stephen Fowler being extremely pompous and rude.
I'm sure he doesn't represent a majority of English people's perception of Americans, but out of curiosity, what do people from England think of this man? Was he out of line? Any thoughts on the United States or the midwest from our friends across the pond?
Don't you people realize this stuff is staged?
How can there actually be a "reality" show when the people involved KNOW there are cameras on them and there is a DIRECTOR giving them instructions?
How gullible has the TV watching public become to believe such tripe is "real"? But, it doesn't surprise me, knowing the other propaganda the media in general is ALLOWED to present to the people. If the truth were actually printed or broadcast, people all over the world would still choose not to believe it.
You don't have to like the truth, but it's just TV, you're being manipulated.

The quality of the finished product also depends on how you grind the meat. Grinding it too fine can result in a patty that is mushy and which will fall apart during the grilling process. The meat should therefore be ground rather coarsely, with any onions and garlic being finely minced before being added to it.
Form the patties with deft and quick motions without having to press the meat too much. Keep the patties about an inch in thickness so that they retain their juiciness without being uncooked in the middle.
